Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your marketing needs and to cooperate with us throughout the service process.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the work to be performed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 30 days' notice for cancellations of scheduled services.
Refunds: All sales are considered final. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company. Under normal circumstances, no refunds will be issued, and the Client shall not expect, request, or be entitled to one. Exceptions may only be made in extraordinary cases deemed valid by the Company after a full internal review.
